The hotel’s corporate culture is both, customer-and-people-oriented. Therefore, we engage in activities that demonstrate our Corporate Social Responsibility on various levels. By operating our hotel responsibly, implementing legislation and respecting our stakeholders, we create strong ties with the local society and build a respectful reputation.

Our most recent achievement is the Travelife Gold Award (a sustainability system focusing on recycling, energy conservation, staff equality and legal compliance).



Environmental & Sustainability Report 2014-15

Napa Mermaid Hotel & Suites is committed to a long-term sustainable approach. Whilst striving to enhance the quality of our guests’ stay, we endeavour to improve the hotel’s impact on the environment and local community. This is achievable by implementing environmental practices on all levels of the hotel’s operation.

Moreover, our hotel organizes events such as beach cleaning and tree planting on an annual basis with the help of our personnel and guests, but also participates in various joint events like the annual Let‘s do it Cyprus cleaning campaign.


The management and personnel regularly engage in fund-raising and blood donation activities.

The hotel also makes in kind donations to local charity foundations and families in need. In addition, it collaborates and purchases products and services from local companies.
